It'll ship with an enhanced PlayStation 4 Eye (which is essentially a Kinect)...
Along with the new controller, Sony has also unveiled an update to
the PlayStation Eye. The PlayStation 4 Eye, as it's going to be called,
is essentially Sony's version of the Xbox 360 Kinect--it features two
wide-angle lenses with 85-degree diagonal angle views which can
recognize the depth of space precisely. Sony said that it lets the Eye
"cut out the image of player
from background" and "grasp players’ position in front and behind,
further broadening the
ways to enjoy games."
So, yeah, it's a Kinect. The Eye has four microphones and will let people log into their PS4 using facial recognition software. It's literally a Kinect, except for the PlayStation 4. And it supports the Move.
